Sale items and made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
A ₹100 handling fee per product applies to all returns and exchanges.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item successfully passes our quality inspection.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued as store credit within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved following quality inspection.
A ₹100 reverse pickup fee per product will be deducted from the refund amount (or store credit) for all returns.
